    Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Sidney donated small stuffed bears to local law enforcement agencies and Sidney Regional Medical Center Wednesday morning.     Nebraska public high schools graduated nine out of every 10 seniors in 2015, setting a nearly 89 percent graduation rate.
